We got to Pollux JUST as they were closing. We asked them if there was any other place in Liege that served waffles and they were like, "No." (Assholes.) Luckily the ladies at Le Pain Quotidien were much nicer and more accurate and sent us here. It's right on the pedestrianized street, and the Liege Waffles were excellent.
