Wonderful wine bar with an amazing wine cellar... quite possible one of the best in the region…read more The bar in front was very busy on a Friday night, but we found a seat in the restaurant. Lucky for us, the sommelier spoke English! (he was from Canada). He recommended two delicious wines for us, and helped us navigate the menu. We shared a charcuterie plate, and mussels which were not served in the shells, but came in a delicious lemon cream sauce. Lille is not a very touristy city, but it seems quite authentically French, and the people are very nice. I would definitely return to La Part des Anges to experience some of their more unusual wines!
