And under all of that were some thiiick udon From what I recall (and can tell through pics), there were beef, fried tofu, med firm tofu, zucchini, carrots , enoki mushrooms, belle mushrooms , shiitake mushrooms, green veggies and udon I loveeeee all the assortments that came with it (and got lucky there were no onions ) so I enjoyed it very much. The broth was a bit more on the salty side but I didn't mind as it also had a strong beef flavour I do wish there were more noodles to go with it tho ‍ but overall, I had a pretty good experience!

We ordered a plate of lamb and a plate of beef. I have to say that going to a smorgasbord style selection of seafood, noodles, vegetables and lots more is a great idea. You get to pick the soup base and then you receive a paper to pick the items that you would like to place for your order. After a little but a robot server comes with all of your food. The only time that you really come in contact with the servers is when you ask for the paper and hand them the paper. The place was pretty spacious and there is parking in the mall that this restaurant is apart of. The food was pretty fresh with the vegetables as well. There weren't too many soup bases but would want to go back to try the spicer base next time.

But they have gone to so much trouble to NOT give u hardly any shrimp inside. They could work less hard and leave the full shrimps alone and charge a little more for them. I still luv tongs but ill never be suckered i to ordering the deep fried shrimp again.
