When you walk in they hand you a card that you use to scan for food. You go to various stations to order pasta, pizza or salads. The problem is that you have to stand in line for a salad then another line for pasta, another line for pizza and another line for drinks. The good part is that they make food as you wait and cook it while you wait. At lunch time it gets really crowded and it takes a while to get your food. I waited 20 minutes in line. You will be handed a mag card and you can walk around to the various stations to order and track your food. It has always been the freshest of ingredients and the service is awesome. If the restaurant is packed, share a dining table with others. Really enjoy this place will visit more thank once while in town.
