Very unprofessional. Included the pictures of my lips 3 weeks after getting them filled by Brittney. Obviously was not happy with the results, so I went and got them dissolved by her twice. She seemed mad at me the entire second appointment and charged me full price to get them dissolved both times.

10/10 recommend Brittany!!! Iv been extremely satisfied every single time! All the staff are extremely sweet and I'm so happy I decided to come to her for my face needs! She's amazing!!!

Omg. Where do i begin Brittney is FABULOUS & PERFECT!!!!!!!!. I have seen her twice for lip filler as well as Botox. The process was amazing,painless & super quick. She was hands down the best and most knowledgeable injector i have seen. I loved that she asked me what areas i wanted to enhance and she perfected it. I have always wanted the "JUICY PLUMPED LIPS" and she literally made me feel instantly more confident and i love them. All i have to say is " You Better Drop What Your Doing & Book Your Appt". & i forgot to mention her place is so classy and the energy is amazing especially with the Beautiful Office staff They also offer hydra facials can't wait to try one with the amazing Trish who is so knowledgeable about skincare. read more

Went in for lip fillers, Brittany did not explain the process, what kind of fillers were being injected, didn't look at my lips or ask what I'd like to achieve. She just stood behind me and started injecting. I ended up with lop sided lips and huge lumpy nodules and bumps. My lips looked deformed. Went back TWICE for her to correct them, each time she was ruder and ruder and my lips looked even worse. I had to go to another injector at total health in cleburne to fix them and have them completely dissolved and refilled by Ellise Ackers(she did an amazing job fixing issues left by Brittany at le joli). I'm disappointed that I wasted money at le joli in Granbury and had my lips completely wrecked by Brittany for months. I would've preferred my money refunded to use towards getting them fixed by a professional vs paying 4 different times to achieve what I shouldve recieved the first time. Spent over $300 at my first appointment with Brittany Second appointment she charged me $60 to "touch up" the lumps Third appointment was the worst and completely deformed my lips and shape and left me with more bumps 4th appointment I had to get them dissolved by a professional at total health in cleburne, which is a $299 service and extremely painful, in order to remove everything injected by Brittany 5th appointment to refill with total health in cleburne $250 and finally achieved perfect results thanks to Ellise Ackers. I wish I would've went to her the first time around and not wasted so much time and money at Le Joli in Granbury. I'll never make that mistake again. Gettin lippy with Brit left me with completely deformed lips for MONTHS. read more

I booked a spray tan appt weeks in advance and even received another confirmation the day of my appt. When I arrived I was told the spray tan person had already left for the day. With no other explanation than "the online appt booking tool seems to be having issues." I had that appt booked for a wedding that weekend and was flying out the very next morning. Not that it would've fixed the situation, but I left my phone number but never even received a call back from anyone to apologize or offer a way to rectify the situation. read more

Brittney and her staff are FABULOUS!!!!! I have been getting filler and botox for about 10 years now, but really wanted to find a place more locally to me. I had heard about Brittney but was kind of hesitant because she offers more services than I was used to, and I was unfamiliar with some of them. I scheduled a consult with Brittney and she went above and beyond to help me understand the different procedures. From the time I walked in the door and met Bailey and her bubbly personality, I knew I'd found my new med spa. I have been using Brittney for 6 months now.
