Loan is incredible! I went to her to get my first ever set of eyelash extensions. I originally found her on groupon, and she got me in for an appointment the very next morning. She was patient, kind, and made me feel very comfortable. She explains everything thoroughly and uses lightweight silk lashes that look absolutely beautiful and natural. I got them before a weekend of camping and a week long trip to Hawaii, and they lasted for a total of 4 and a half weeks before needing a fill, even though I was in water a bunch (which is incredible because people usually need a fill after 2-3 weeks). I get compliments on my lashes everyday, and the best part is I never have to put on makeup anymore! The fills are $60 for the natural set or $250 for 5 fills, and it's SO worth it! read more

I waited a long time to write this review mostly because with Lash extensions you might be happy when you walk out only to realize over the next few days that you are not as satisfied as you thought. That's was not the case for me. Yay! I went to have eyelash extensions right before a vacation trip because I wanted to skip mascara in the mornings during my trip. The actual experience was very relaxing. So much that I fell asleep! When I woke up she was done and an hour and half had passed. Although I read that some people dislike it when the process takes longer than promised, I felt relief feeling that even though I used a coupon she still took extra care. When I left I was given care instructions and a small brush. In the care instructions there was a line about NOT sumerging them in water for 48 hours. Ooops, we went snorkeling and I couldn't help it. I was careful but the fact still remains. Despite my negligence the lashes stayed on for 6 weeks. I'm not sure if 6 weeks is normal but since I was told 4 weeks and I didn't follow all the instructions I was surprised. After the six weeks the lashes did begin to fall off but my lashes remained. Double yay. I have not gone back for lack of time but I hope to get to treat myself again to this soon. read more

Honestly, everyone should get their lashes done by Loan, especially if you are considering trying extensions out for the first time. I was reading lots of reviews and was considering trying eyelash extensions when I found le lash on Groupon. My mom has gotten them before but always complained about little things...how often they fell out, they would cross and get tangled...now she has switched to loan also and always tells me how much better she is compared to her past experiences. I'm super bad at upkeep and still...I went to Peru and couldn't get a refill for weeks and they were still great! She uses good quality products and really cares about what she's doing. They listen to you carefully to help customize the look of your extensions. They are very careful and precise in their work which makes it obvious that they have a lot of experience and pride in what they do. They are very careful to place the lashes at a length that won't poke or irritate your eyes, so you can wear them longer without discomfort. Each time I leave I am very happy with the shape and fullness of my lashes. The lashes are very soft and do not feel thick or heavy on my eyes. She gives details on how to prep and wash your face before the procedure and how to care for them afterwards to help them last longer. She is patient and dedicated to her work. If there is something you don't like she will change it for you. My lashes lasted me about 5-6 weeks with me being a little lazy to care for it sometimes.
