We have used big sky rentals for several years, and never really had an issue. On Saturday (the…read moreday of the party) they were supposed to set up at noon. We received a call at 1230 telling us there was no slide available, when we had this scheduled and confirmed a month ago. Then we spoke with the owner that said we would have the slide today. They did not come out until after three, when the party started at 2 and ended at 4. We were scheduled to have the slide until 8pm, but they said we could have it all night, even though we would not use it. Then we were charged FULL price and the owner will not return our calls.
