Established in 2001.

Ce Café a ouvert ses portes en août 2001, mais cette maison avait déjà accueilli un hôtel-café depuis 1857. A cette époque, Pierre Granier, habitant de Vieussan demanda au Préfet l'autorisation d'ouvrir une auberge afin de concurrencer le café clandestin.
