The food, unfortunately, all was Geneva high high prices so I didn't try the food. Only have espresso based coffees here (no V60 or slow pours from what I could tell). I had the "Viennois" cafe because I've been wanting to try. It was ok- decent price and good taste but nothing extraordinary. The chantilly cream, which is supposed to typify Viennois style coffees (from what I've heard at least)- was just canned whipped cream here and over a latte. I'm guessing the real thing has much better cream and is a lot higher quality.

They showed us how to prepare 3 courses, an appetizer, main and dessert. The dessert was the best, I'll post pics instead of describing. It was a fun interactive experience and I learned a couple of things like using salt instead of olive oil to reduce fat when cooking on a pan. The salt on the pan keeps the meat from sticking to the pan. Staff was friendly and entertaining and answered any questions we had. They also sell books and some kitchen gadgets. The front of the shop sells coffees and teas and some desserts
