As I sit here now I am eating a petite tarte, completing a piece of the best bread around and looking forward to a cold beer and piece of their fougasse. There is one glaring problem in that it is in a ghastly zone commercial out of town (though great if you live out of town on this road). I visited recently with a good pal who manages the biggest and best known premium French bakery in London who remarked on their incredible food hygiene and modern processes. Not that this worries me too much but they are so proud of it that they provide a little window for you to see into their kitchens.

The appetizers came and went without incident but the wheels came off with the entrees. The fish was not fresh and over cooked. The meat, which was like a skirt or hanger steak, was leather. But I came here because I saw all the pastries on display and it felt like a heaven to me. I picked one that looked nice. I am already eating this place five stars before I have a bite out of it. I will change this review if it tastes anything less than magical.
