This restaurant is chic. The ambiance is chic. The decor is chic. This place is just chic chic chic. (There is a lot of pink and I'm okay with that.) There was a line starting out the door around dinner time. We were able to get a table though. I guess that means this place is pretty popular? There were a lot of options for me as a ten-year vegetarian so that's always a plus. The waitress knew English and seemed excited to speak with me to practice but I was terribly sick and had a friend order for me. Lovely place. I would definitely go again.

After a bus tour of Paris and walking around for a healthy, yet filling lunch, we stumbled across Paradise. No really, this restaurant was rediciously good, flavors like I've never had, from honey, walnuts, herbed flavor spreadable cheese/sour cream in a pita, cut up in triangles, salad with subtle sweet dressing, sauteed mushrooms, buffalo mozerealla cheese with fresh tomatoes, potatoes inside egg loaf, curry dish with rice, fresh juice drinks with shaved ice and mint garnish, gluten free chocolate cake with vanilla infused and homemade whipped cream & side of strawberries. I'm not sure why this restaurant doesn't exist in Western NY, because I'd be eating at it weekly and promoting it like crazy. I will dream about our food, and hilarious server who was born & raised in Paris, but spoke English and has family in the states. They have ENGLISH menus, just ask~ Menu is big, so take your time looking it over, and remember sharing is caring, especially food this good~

Burggies, burger saumon avec aubergine, accompagné salade épinard et pomme frites.

They're known for the flower shapes that they create with the gelato, which is so fun to watch them make! I got a small with 4 flavors - pistachio, coffee, speculoos, and mint. The mint was really not the best - it stuck out and was a bit artificial tasting in my opinion. The coffee was by far the best as it was so rich in flavor, not too sweet, and perfectly creamy. I liked the speculoos and pistachio too, but they weren't anything that outstanding. I've had better pistachios before, and speculoos wasn't as flavorful as I hoped for. They have a lot more items on the menu too like crepes, but I just wanted the gelato this time. There's also areas inside for you to stand at and eat, but no seating.

We ordered the signature with the macaron on top and you can pick two flavors for your cone. The ice cream was shaped like a beautiful flower and very instagram worthy. As we were admiring the beautiful cone, it did not take long before it started to melt, so we quickly devoured this gorgeous cone. Lots of flavors to choose from and I would definitely return to try other flavors.

We ordered the Cheery cheesecake ( all'amarena) and it came out perfect. Just the right amount of flavors that keep every bite going. They do make Affogato's as well though we didn't end up getting one. All kudos to Marcellin for making our experience so amazing and he did inform us that the raw material is sourced from Turin and it did taste very authentic. Would surely try to stop by again in the next few days that we happen to be here.

After dinner, we want to go for a walk and looked up a spot. Glad we made the journey to here. I opted for the yogurt and salted caramel. Wife got the pistachio and a rosemary flavored. I loved the texture and how it resembles a really good spot I once tried in Milan. While the staff was not fully gleeful, our server encouraged us to try several flavors before committing. You can tell that they were either annoyed from prior clients or just tired. Regardless, glad they put out effort to encourage our curiosity around the options. FYI, place is small. You'll quickly learn that you order, get your cone, and get out. Don't linger for friends or family because it gets warm, and your gelato will melt. Glad we ventured and explored this area with good eats. :)
