Although I wouldn't necessarily call it a buckwheat galette (it looked like a regular crepe made with brown flour, and didn't have the texture that galettes usually have), the flavors were wonderful. There was something about the flavor combination that was reminiscent of chocolate, at least to me. Sounds wierd, but I really enjoyed it. They also have some dessert crepes, such as one with salted butter caramel (my favorite!), and a short list of wines and cider to go with your meal. Service is quick and extremely friendly. We were quite entertained by the one gentleman server who was quite animated and pleasant as he tended to us as well as two nearby tables of locals (so much so that my wife continues to refer to him as "Mr. Charisma"). We encountered two additional employees, a lady and a gentleman, both of whom continued the graciousness and pleasant approach to service.
