A job taken Seriously. They know their stuff! We came here a couple of nights and had Kir Royales and espresso martinis and some of their signature creations off the menu as well. Lloyd made me a mezcal drink which he created based on on my likes so that was kinda cool. Loved this bar and everyone needs to try it if your a cocktail drinker. It's not huge inside so get there early or make reservations. We got lucky both times with finding bar seating. Fabulous drinks and amazing service from Emma, Lloyd and Laura! The mango one was especially nice and it crept up on us all slowly. After 4 glasses I felt a bit rosy in the cheeks and wobbly on my feet. After a quick blow and lots of cheering, down the hatch it went and it tasted not too bad! After two of those I felt I had experienced enough theatre for one evening and did the wise thing and drank some water! There was a very friendly crowd of people, mostly locals and and a few people from Lyon were also in the fold. The glasses came 3/4 poured and we kindly requested that they fill them to a reasonable level, but instead of simply pouring more beer, the bartender proceeded to take a glow stick (which obviously wasn't meant for culinary purposes) and stick it in my beer and stir it until the foam reached the brim. I was so shocked that I asked him why he would do that, and suggested that where were from it's not uncommon to ask for a full drink when you purchase one. He told me 'welcome to France' and we took our beers and went on our way. Do not support this business, I will never, ever patron this establishment again. This was such a negative encounter on an otherwise fantastic time in Paris, don't let them ruin your experience in this beautiful quartier!

The drinks were out of this world! I got the shark in a bikini or something along those lines and it was served in a Tiki cup while my friend's was served in this little stout looking jar. My drink wasn't too strong which is exactly how I like my cocktails so I was very impressed. All in all I would definitely come back here if ever in Lyon again :)
