For instance, the bread basket offered a wide variety of delicious petits pains. all courses were exquisite, with the first being a trio of foie gras, all prepared differently. The main course was then cod cooked on a leak bed, with braised endives, and a pumpkin puree. The gran finale was a bomb. A surprising half sphere of chocolate, which dissolved after pouring warm chocolate sauce on top of it. By dissolving it revealed a core of vanilla ice cream and a cooked pear. The fusion of those there ingredients played like fireworks for the mouth and the soul alike. We'll be back!!!
