My French is terrible and I asked the woman behind the counter tons of questions. She was extremely helpful. I left with more than my carry on luggage will allow. Not quite sure how I'll get my haul home. I'll worry about that later. One note: there is no noticeable signage so you'll need to be looking carefully to find it.

Worst experience in Paris was at this store. They spoke French to my fiancé and everything was fine…read moreuntil they realized I didn't speak French and we were American. I was then told we needed to give them 1 euro to look around. I told them we only had card and they kicked us out. Maybe if the owner wasn't so ignorant he would've learned we had $2000 ready to spend on comics. On top of this I paid 20 euros for a super boy comic on our first meeting that was I saw in better condition and half that price on eBay. Don't deal with this man ..he talks a good story and doesn't deliver and overcharges.

Awesome Bandes Desinees (French comics) shop in Paris. I've walked past their shop a few times,…read morewithout actually stopping in until this week. From the outside it looks a bit small, but the shop is actually quite large, with one of the best selections in town. I don't feel they can replace my FLCS (Friendly Local Comics Shop) in the 11eme, but they definitely are my second favorite choice! They also seem to have a huge back catalog of volumes that I haven't seen elsewhere in town. I was surprised to find that they also have full catalogs (all volumes) for most series. Highly recommended.
