I went in today to return / exchange the bag of dog food that my dog won't touch and a coat that didn't fit her. The girl was so obnoxious, she wouldn't even look at the food or the coat, and just said, full of attitude, return the food to the company and the coat is sold as is...without even looking at the coat. I didn't even care if they exchanged or returned the coat and food, but at least be polite and helpful.
