T thought that I'd ordered the 4 course tasting menu, but was brought the Euro 122 seven course menu. The first dish was slices of a white fish in a citrus, herbs and oil sauce. The fish was unexciting and rather chewy. Next came raw langoustine with sweetbreads, which seemed a clever pairing, but the sweetbreads had a burnt coating which was extremely bitter. I ate it, but it wasn't pleasant. Then a brochette of pork, with a bitter seasoning that I couldn't recognise, which was completely raw inside. At this point I gave up and left. An enormous bill for an unpleasant, arrogant experience. Best avoided
