The back main room was very large and open with a large beautiful water tank on display. I don't have photos because my phone died. I also had tea and it was delicious too. The customer service was great you. The hookah attendants are all men and are very attentive. Great cool environment to chill and have great conversation. The music was good too. They do maximize your space as it gets crowded. If you think you are going to go and lounge around and stretch out you are mistaken. This is a popular night spot. You may end up holding your big purse as opposed to setting it on the seat next to you. The only downside was when we went to pay to was cash only. We do not know that prior to arrival. Not only did I eat but drank and had hookahs. The amount if cash I had on me was not about. I had to leave something of value to walk to the nearest ATM to retrieve cash. Other than that great spot, great management, great customer service. Best hookah spot I attended on my European tour. Looking forward to returning in 2020.

There is a coffee -and tea maker in the room, absolutely a must for me. Empty fridge in the room and a candy/snack/drinks vending machine in the hallway, perfect. The neighbourhood is excellent, many nice restaurants and shops, you won't get bored! If I had to find one thing to improve, a magnifying mirror in the bathroom would be great. Bus 71 was 1-2 minutes walk and that got me close to the historic areas. A separate 8 minutes or less walk to Porte de Namur metro connected to the various train stations. My room was upgraded to the fifth floor and included a balcony with a small table and chairs. It was decent in size but the bathroom was small. A capsule coffee maker and hot pot were included. Per the front desk all the water in the rooms were filtered. Breakfast was included and it was a standard mix of hot foods (scrambled eggs, potato, beans, bacon), cold cut meats, cut and whole fruit, fresh breads, cereals, make your own waffles and coffee machines. Staff were quite friendly. I appreciated all the help from the gentleman from Limerick who helped me plan my way to Bruge. He even made a flat white for me since I wanted it lactose free and the machines couldn't accommodate it. Gym was down at -1 level and had a pink colored punching bag (only second time I've used one at hotel), free weights with bench, mats and cardio equipment. It was roomy and quiet. Overall quiet and comfortable stay if you're wanting to stay outside the touristy areas.

Excellent location on a quiet side street about 100 ft from a main Street. A few blocks walk to the Metro. Good TV easy to navigate. Tiny bathroom and shower. Plenty of electrical outlets for charging. In case I didn't mention it earlier, the staff was definitely the highlight of the hotel. Very professional, very friendly, everyone speaks crystal clear English.
