I went here about five years ago with a girlfriend for cocktails and have been trying to go again…read morefor dinner - finally did it last night! The setting is beautiful, but in a less-than-ideal part of town. There's valet parking and the service is friendly. The wine and cocktails were good, too. My husband got the foie gras, beef, and pecan pie, and I got the choux, beef, and chocolate dessert. They were all tasty, I'd say a good value.
My only complaint came when we paid the bill: We both ordered the beef "rossini" but were served the regular foie gras-less version - which wasn't a big deal, we took what we got. At the end of the meal, we were offered two glasses of champagne to make up for the error, which I thought was a nice touch - until we realized when we got home that we paid for them! It sort of puts a bad taste in your mouth when you pay €24 for something you didn't ask for and didn't get what you did ask for... Overall a positive experience, but now that I've finally been, I don't think I'll go again.
