You would think you almost were transported to Italy with this pizza, it's super fresh, authentic, and reasonably priced. The portions are huge, and we got the entire slab of pizza for 2 people, with 3 different flavors, and it was too much pizza. Next time, I'd probably go with a half slab for 2 people, unless you want leftovers to take home. You can order an entire pizza (€20) half a pizza (€10), or get it to by the weight to go (€28/kg). We opted for 3 flavors: truffle cream with mushrooms, rugby (with a few different kinds of meat), and a bresola and arugula pizza. My favorite one was the truffle cream and the rugby one. The bresola meat was not as thinly sliced as I would have liked, but it was still tasty with the arugula. The rugby and the bresola flavors had tomato sauce, and the truffle cream one did not. The crust was nice - not too thin; not too thick and was crisp on the bottom and the outer crust was chewy and soft. They have seats downstairs too, so don't be discouraged when you walk in and only see 4 small tables on the top floor. Lots of variety here for pizza, good selection of Italian wines by the glass or bottle, and overall a great experience. Don't come with a group bigger than 4, since the tables are fairly small and it will be hard to find enough space. I'd definitely come back here and recommend it if you're looking for a good pizza an are hungry!

N.B. this is the first 5* review I have ever done and I can't think when the next will be. I have visited this place on many a special occasion. I have only taken people here who I truly would consider worthy of this amazing place. A friend and I purely found this by chance, a day we have spoken about on so many occasions. When I say it is in the middle of nowhere..... Well check out Google maps! I would crawl here, no matter were I was in the world to dine here. The views of the mountains are to die for, a clear view for 80 miles over the Haute-Garonne region. Truly amazing, but the best is yet to come. To think that this is based in a tiny place, maybe five buildings, approx. 20 people inc. its own sleepy village dog just makes the fairytale even more beautiful. Thats not the restaurant, thats the whole village! The seating area outside is amazing, beautiful flowers, Batman in a birdcage (I kid you not), floating lights in vases, their own herb garden, all with some amazing music for atmosphere. I'm not doing this place justice, it is so cool, you just feel a part of something special when you experience this place. The food is traditional Sud-Quest and always seasonal, so the menu will always change. Everything and I mean everything is the best I have tried. For example, the citron preserve in the wild grain rice is so good, I'm currently in the second month of a three month process just to remind myself of this place. I'm that crazy about this place that I'm talking about a citron preserve in their rice, with not even a mention of anything else! So I'll stop there because no words I will use will do this place justice. Please, please, please visit! I once asked the chef / owner why hadn't he got Michelin stars, he said he didn't need them. I rest my case and I've eaten in 3* Michelin restaurants.

No pretentions just good honest people with an excellent product who want to share their love of food. We were taken here by a good friend who suggested we try the "formule" which included 6 oysters (delectable), a shellfish buffet (crab, crayfish, shrimp, clams, mussels and small shells that I don't even know the name of that were freaking delicious), plus 2 different fish dishes and a dessert all for 40 Euros! What?! I would have paid twice that but that's not what this place is about. It's genuinely nice people, a stunning view and yummy dishes. It's slightly outside of the city but it's well worth the drive as the view over the river is great. Go there. Just do it. You won't be disappointed.

I spent a week in Toulouse, and this was one my favorite places that I ate at. They only open…read moreMondays to Fridays, until about 6 pm, so it's great for lunch, or a coffee and a snack. They have a pretty small menu that changes every week depending on what they have in season, which is great because there's variety and the things are fresh. They seem to have 2 pastas, a salad, 2 sandwich choices, and a few desserts that they bake in house. You can get just a sandwich, a salad, or a plate of pasta. Or you can get a sandwich + dessert, salad + dessert, or if you want coffee or tea, they have that too. The sandwiches are pre-made so they are the fastest to grab and go. The salads take a little more time to prepare so you may have to wait 10-15 min. The salad I got had soba noodles, basil, carrots, and some lettuce with a soy-ginger vinaigrette. It was delicious and refreshing; slightly on the smaller side but that meant more room for dessert. The desserts made in house are also delicious. I had an almond apricot cake; they also had cookies, and ice cream / sorbet. The place is really cute but small, so if you have more than 4 people you may want to go elsewhere. They have only a few tables and 2 armchairs. There is no air conditioning but they have free WiFi, so I was able to do a little work on my laptop there. Would recommend this place and will definitely come here again and again!
