From what I've heard from friends and family about other doctors, Greenstone seems to be the most reasonably priced even if you aren't a student (under 18's enrolled with the clinic receive free consultations). My family doctor Michael Morrison is probably the busiest (and most popular) doctor I know- he's great with patients and you've got to book a week or two in advance to see him- there's a long waiting line of people just specifically wanting to see him! That's not to say that the other doctors and nurses here aren't great- I've had appointments with quite a few of them and they're always willing to listen and give great advice. Greenstone also provides a place for doctors in training to get a bit more experience in the field. If you give your permission, doctors in training are able to take your appointment while being guided by a qualified doctor. I've been through this a couple of times as I really don't mind, it only takes a few more minutes and it's nice to know I'm contributing to someone's education. The doctors, nurses and staff really make this clinic. They are consistently helpful, thoughtful and give you all the advice you need. I find that you don't get that much at other clinics where its a bit more straightforward and more like a business transaction. It's very family oriented which is a big plus.

After coming from a Doctors in Otahuhu at High St Medical Centre I was very unhappy about the service one of the Doctors there offered, I have been extremely happy with my care I've received at Greenstone. The team of Doctors, nurses and admin are all wonderful, friendly and on to it! I am always telling people about this medical centre especially as the level of care in South Auckland is lacking. It's purely for clinics only. It gets very busy in the modules, but often there are several clinics being run at the same time. These days, lots of medical facilities also want you to pay for car parking, but for the time being you don't here. Long may that continue.

Nothing particularly stands out about it; it's a clean, modern facility, the staff are friendly and professional, and there's on-site parking out the back. I didn't have to wait long for my appointment and the staff were helpful with my questions. They also have their own pharmacy attached to the centre so you can pick up your prescription all in the same visit. Thumbs up.

Every step of the procedure was explained and I knew exactly what was happening all the way through my short visit. I've been getting horrid migraines, and wanted to know if I could prevent them rather than just take Nurofen when the onslaught starts. Dr Moonsinghe was a nice lady and asked me lots of questions, but in the end, you guessed it, nurofen was the answer. (yay for doctors and the magical 'asprin' potion) However, she was thorough enough to recommend blood tests, and a follow up if things didn't get better. It was nice to be taken seriously, and the receptionists were good too.

Dr Basil Naidu delivers poor patient service, he is rude because he does not listen to patient…read moremedical concerns and issues . He is very argumentative and disregards your emotional well being, and is quick to jump to conclusions without thoroughly diagnosing you. Other people have experienced the same poor service as well. will not be coming back!
