Before our wedding, he listened to us and helped us at every stage of the planning. During the wedding he executed flawlessly and did an excellent job of MC'ing, DJ'ing, and overall making sure the day went smoothly and according to how we wanted. During the dancing portion of the night, Brian's DJ skills were on full display! He played the music we wanted, accommodated requests and was truly a master at his craft. I, my wife, and our friends ALL agree that we have never heard a DJ so good, especially at a wedding!  EVERYONE was blown away by his DJ'ing. He catered to the older and newer generations and played the perfect songs at the right times. He kept the dance-floor packed from start to finish! We had SO many comments on how great he was. My husband and I had one wish for our reception... and that it was an awesome dance party. We had very particular and nontraditional requests. Cam shared helpful insights based on his past experiences while being incredibly accommodating. Perhaps most importantly, if we asked for something that may have slightly conflicted with his recommendation (e.g. we did not want uplighting) he was not judgmental and totally went with the flow. He even managed to get us a disco ball, per our special request! The result was IMO the best and most unique wedding dance party we could have asked for. If you like old school hip-hop, dance/electronic, and indie pop music (and loathe the chicken dance), we would highly recommend DJ Cam Jamz!! But actually, no matter what your taste in music, we would recommend him... because he cares about his clients and will play whatever they want in order to create the perfect experience for them.

She set up gorgeous uplighting, worked with our venue coordinator and photographer to make sure everything ran smoothly (and it did!!!), and created the perfect itinerary for the evening. Each and every guest came up to us at the end of the night just raving about how fabulous our DJ was. Many even said they have never attended such a fun reception! Between the classic hits and my favorite boy band tunes, there was something for everyone to get down to. I can honestly say, the wedding reception would have not been nearly as successful without Amy and Kuhl Entertainment. The team she hired to set up the venue was clearly inexperienced and even made comments to my family members saying, "I'm not sure what to do I've never done this before." Time was severely mismanaged and the coordinator/owner was visibly overwhelmed. Marilee does not care whether or not you are happy with her services. After the wedding, I tried contacting Marilee privately to express my dissatisfaction and try and find a compromise on the amount she billed us for (which she was unwilling to give any details or itemization of her invoice) and she ended up ignoring my emails. She took no accountability, was disrespectful and made rude comments about my wedding, and showed no willingness to compromise...she never apologized and immediately was defensive and threatened legal action. After trying to contact her 3 times and being ignored, she filed with small claims. The judgement ended up being dismissed. After having such a horrible experience and doing more research, I found out the business was dissolved in 2014 and is no longer legally operating under its LLC.

Warning again, read this companies fine print about your deposit prior to signing it…read more Its been over a year from the time this guy Jason of Simply Love Films had taken our deposit and has made a zero attempt to refund our daughter a penny of her over $1,700.00 deposit, or a portion of it to my daughter who had to cancel her wedding within 90 days of her sending it in, and over four months prior to the actual date. The company and Jason claims in his response its able to work things out,well Jason there is no wedding planned as the couple has broken up and split, you have used very poor business practices and its sad you need their money that bad to do nothing to earn it.... Joshua and Dan made the incredible trek to California and I am so thankful that they did. They were professional, patient with my endless questions, and they left all of my guest's floored with their beautiful same-day edit. Honestly I didn't know what to expect but it definitely exceeded any and all expectations I had for this service. In addition to all that, the guys were super friendly to boot! I can't thank and praise these guys enough. And in response to the bad review regarding deposits- always read the fine print! lol While making all commitments with vendors for my wedding I was always fully aware of what I was agreeing to with every vendor. Every company has cancellation policies. But that's just my opinion!
