The front desk staff showed little empathy or accountability, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this supposed caliber. I travel frequently and have stayed in properties around the world this was among the worst customer service experiences I've encountered. Deserving a 1 star. I would strongly urge management to review this incident, as the current level of service does not reflect the pricing for this hotel or reputation of a five-star establishment.
