We are never disappointed with her knowledge of the market and her vast understanding of so many areas along the Wasatch Front. We've moved from Utah to Maine to CA and back to Utah again. On our most recent transaction, the primary cleaning company she normally recommends fell through at the last minute. She is completely unprofessional at all times, she is so eager to get her check that she may as well be doing the buyers work because she doesn't even counter when they ask for a counter offer. Unless it's a $900,000 house or more she looks at it as though she's working for the proletariat. Even two of her clients who speak very highly of her were the first to admit that she really shouldn't be selling a house that was only worth 425,000 because it's not an area that she's very good in. She couldn't sell a home in the most prime seller's market in the history of the demographic. She failed to highlight essential things of the area the things that the H away covers and other very important selling points. And while all of the above could be considered personal differences she failed to notify all personal representatives appointed by the third district court, and my mothers last will and testament, which is literally a breach of contract. She waited for another personal representative to relay that information when it is her fiduciary responsibility to do so. When we used her services in 2017, at the insistence of someone who's opinion cannot be trusted--We had a terrible experience and I'm fairly certain my mother would've come back from the dead to choose a different realtor she was so disgusted by how badly Michelle treated us 4 years ago. Even when we went to close she had spoken ill of us, her clients, to the buyer and the title company. Her photos were so bad she had to use photos (Photos which she didn't even get my permission for nor did she compensate me for). These are images I took from my cell phone as memories for my children in order to improve the listing and when asked why the description was so bad her excuse was that the people who are buying ought to know the area. I would give a rating of zero if it allowed me too--run. And if you're looking for an agent who knows the Millcreek area better I highly recommend Ryan Tollstrup.
