I was able to get a table for myself with a dessert and two drinks. The drinks are good and as expected, they had hot chocolate where you can add the drink to the chocolate separately. I got the Matcha hot chocolate and the white chocolate and a separate cup with the hot Matcha to be added separately by yourself. I love that because it allows customers to adjust the amount of chocolate they want or the Matcha. I'm surprised that this type of shop is still very new idea in Munich. They have many of these in New York City, such as Prince teahouse and grace Street. But I'm super glad that they're adding these type of aesthetically pleasing shops in Munich.

Now my only real gripe is that we never were checked on during our meal, when I actually took a second to check into the cafe on yelp, they were offering complimentary Prosecco which sounded super nice, however I never got the chance to ask for it as the next time we saw our serve our table was done with all food and drinks completed. We felt a bit avoided by the waitress which was unfortunate. At any rate, the cake was soo good, my wife very much enjoyed her breads with meat/cheese. And our drinks were very good as well. Kumpir from Krummbeere. Really. All the delicious Bavarian eats and this cute little cafe with its delicious Turkish-style baked potatoes is what I wish I could taste just once more. My favorite, specifically, was the Mexican-style kumpir, but I also loved the one that was stuffed with hummus (can't remember what it was called). As a side note, this is also a great spot for sitting and chatting with friends or reading a book. And the staff was always super friendly.

The guy behind the counter was new, the place looked remodelled and somehow it all had a very different vibe. This place used to be known as the Kuchenmanufaktur, but they apparently sold it to a new owner - and i'm glad they did! While the old place had nice cake, this guy really has great cake! Plus, he serves a sort of baked potato with fillings & toppings of your choice (sounds weird, looks amazing). The whole place looks and sounds like something out of the movie Amélie with some added hipster touches around the walls, weird mix - but they pull it off nicely! The coffee was nice, the cake was delicious and hugely portioned (plus nicely priced), the staff was friendly and I could really not think off a reason not to come here again! Try it out, it's worth a trip!
