There's also a lot of different styles available too from cute, professional, funky, trendy etc. They have a small section for men but I didn't see many cufflinks, something they use to carry more abundantly in the past. Service is friendly and laid back as I never feel like there's pressure to buy, which can happen in these smaller boutiques. Oh and they have a pretty good exchange policy if the item doesn't work out. The only downside is that there's no return so you will be stuck with a credit note.

I called Fossil Canada and spoke with a supervisor he informed me that the correct strap was out of stock . He prompted me to call back in a few weeks to check back if the strap is back in stock . When I tried to call him back I was informed he no longer worked there?!??? After this, service went downhill fast!!! The routine would start by me explaining to some CSR the situation they would tell me they the were out of stock on the strap and to call back in another few weeks . The strap finally came back into stock and this time the CSR told me I must pay for it . I explained over and over again that the wrong colour was sent to me and all I wanted was simple exchange for the right colour , but she was incredibly rude and told me I had to pay for it . Something in me snapped as I was soooo fed up with CSR's from the fossil Canada website. I called the polo park location and explained to the manager the situation. HE WAS AMAZING!!!! He took care of situation and was able to order the correct strap and exchanged the wrong one !!! Done - problem solved !! It is because of his outstanding service that I will continue to purchase Fossil items . I will no longer purchase from the website but instead go to polo park location . I highly recommend going to this location!

I found Bill Worb and after a few email questions that were promptly answered I placed an order via email as the online store didn't have an area to choose the size of the hat I wanted. A glitch perhaps I received a hat but NOT the one I had ordered. Now I understand my order probably filtered through several hands. But whomever filled the order got it wrong. I had even sent a screen shot, full description, and online price of the item but it was still wrong. The hat they sent was lovely so I hate to say anything back about the product but again it wasn't the hat I wanted. I started a series of emails that weren't so promptly answered now that i'm returning.... explaining I had to send the hat back as it was the wrong item they shipped. Being in Nunavut shipping costs are pretty high. So when I shipped the hat back I had also asked to be reimbursed my shipping cost as it was not what I ordered. A while went by and I had to contact them again regarding my return. It finally was processed and I was reimbursed the charge for the hat but not my shipping. (I was told They were doing inventory and the guy who was supposed to do that was busy. Hmmmm.) So would I purchase from them again? Maybe in person things are different. I would never order by phone or email. And like I said they have some glitches in their online store. I'm writing off my return shipping as I'm guessing that was a line they gave me otherwise 3 weeks later it would have been done. The joys of living north of 60 :(

I ordered moose split hide and got shipped cow split. I suspect they thought I wouldn't know the difference. Given the whopping $43 ship rate one Provence over there was no way I was losing another $43 to ship their 'mistake' back to them. I ended up selling the hides they sent and went back to a more reliable source for my leather needs.
