I contacted them over the phone because my grandmother broke her hip at a nursing facility. I was transferred to a man who began collecting information, and seemed to be very disorganized. When I gave him names, I he could not understand, and I had to spell them phonetically. He wasn't able to keep pace with the conversation, and his dog kept barking in the background. The final straw is when I told him my grandmother's hip was broken, not fractured... and he told me he wasn't going to argue semantics with me. After all the commercials I've seen on TV, talking about how compassionate their legal team is; this was clearly not the case for me. I live on the island of Maui and unexpectedly woke up in a hospital on Oahu after having been run over by a bus.
