Just like all other Facebook reviews and yelp reviews about this terrible business owner, I canceled service with him because he missed trash pick up numerous weeks in a row. Instead of taking ownership for his fault, he is now making up erroneous fees and costs and trying to take me to small claims. This guy doesn't know what he's in for with me and I'm going to countersue. He harasses his customers. This companies predatory practices of hounding its customers who for whatever reason wish to no longer continue services with them is whats wrong in this country. They will take you to court charge you excessive fines threaten you with jail and act like trash which they are when you call them. I had two more bills to conclude my contract totalling one hundred and eighty dollars now ending that contract before july if this year i now owe them over four hundred dollars plus court costs. The worst ever. Rude customer service and charges me ten dollars for an extra bag after he emailed me telling me there was delay and they would finish Friday. Might be why there is an extra bag. Mr. congeniality on the phone is rude and has no customer service skills. Over charge , pick up late and a personality so charming , you would want to call and speak with just for the laugh and rude experience he provides. read more
