And describing the store, I would say it's on par with the Costco business center on OBT only without the food. The footprint of the store is massive. We interacted with three associates during our visit and each was nice and outgoing offering assistance. Stan F. assisted us at checkout and was really pleasant and professional. The 4 trainers that I had, said that "most" of their current drivers cannot complete the course. In fact, some of the trainers I had were not perfect. I managed to complete each maneuver multiple times. There were times where I did not successfully complete a maneuver. To get a call letting me know that they do not feel that I am able to drive their trucks....BS. I had 4 different trainers. Each of them after the first, telling me to something different than the previous trainer. To learn something, and to be told it is wrong, is ridiculous. The talk about safety. Because I hit a cone, doing a figure 8 going backwards. Hmmmmmm..... when will any CDL driver have to do a figure 8 going backwards? I am just asking. So, they probably saved me a headache. The trainers are not the most professional people. I understand that a cone should be treated like a person, non-movable object or another vehicle. I upsets me that the trainers can use a cone to determine if I am fit to drive. In my 38 years of driving, I have not had any moving violations, or at fault accidents. I am done ranting.

Yes, they have plarntynin stock at great prices...BUT they'll sell you something that doesn't work, tell you it's under warranty, "fix" the equipment, and when it still does not function, the owner Benjamin will refuse to take the equipment back and much less offer a refund. We purchased a rostiserrie for $2,950 that we were never able to use. He came an udaptes a transformer outside of the equipment itself, a hazard, to say the least. The machine still doesn't work and he still refuses to accept is back. It's a shame, because we've done business with them many times before.
