* June 10, 2018: Mr. "B" was called to the apartment building where my family member lived after a…read morebad water leak in the complex that led to flooding in several of the apartments. He took his backhoe and dug very deep H-U-G-E holes behind the building.....then left shortly thereafter. He never returned. * Jan 17, 2019 (7 months, 1 week later) Mr. "B" was called BACK to the apartment to fill in the H-U-G-E holes he had dug up and left open. It was a hazard for small animals, people and created a heavy amount of gnats and other flying pests as the holes would fill up after it would rain and sit there, stagnant. Sadly though, he simply pushed most of the stinky dirt into the hole and left the rest climbing up the back wall, at least 3 ft high; literally underneath the window ledge. * April 11, 2019 Mr "B" was called back for a THIRD TIME to level out the mound of dirt that he pushed up against the building 3 months prior. This man is also a Fireman for the City of Ada and Rescue Plumbing is his personal business on the side. I certainly hope that his firefighting skills are a bit more trustworthy then the plumbing services he halfway provides.

The plumber came and checked it out and said that it was caused by our toilet in our main bathroom. He proceeded to "repair" it and it seemed to be fixed. However in a couple of weeks the leak started back up so I called this plumber back . He told me he would come and take care of the problem but after almost three months and multiple calls by me he has not returned to fix our problem. Every time I call he has given me a different reason for not coming at the promised time. We paid this man almost 500 dollars and still have water all over the carpet in our bedroom. One Plumber wanted to bust up the concrete at a price of $3000. Client took one look and said I think it's just a clogged drain and we can clean it out on the outside of the house. He dug down and found the clean out pipe and there was a huge tree limb blocking it almost completely. He yanked it out and the water flowed immediately. This is been an ongoing problem for me for THREE years. Client diagnosed it in 10 minutes and within 30 minutes had the problem resolved. And by the way all of this was on a Sunday afternoon.
