They have multiple practitioners too. This by far was the most helpful to me because my job requires crazy unpredictable hours. Kehres was very gracious whenever I needed to reschedule, and they always recommended different locations if I needed it to make it work off of my schedule. Although I prefer the Gratiot location because it was close to my gym, every one of their locations gave amazing, friendly, professional service. Their flexibility was really appreciated. Each location felt very up to date and was always well lit and clean. Every staff was friendly, professional, and accommodating. I have since recommended Kehres to at least two other people. Who have had positive experiences there. I was recommended Kehres by several friends to me. Their reputation truly proceeds their service. Kehres was the first chiropractor I went to, which pretty much set my standards for all chiropractors. I've since moved away and can no longer go to Kehres. But for people who are nervous, dont be. They will explain everything to you. On your first visit you should expect some questionnaires and an xray. You should also expect some manipulation on your spine on a table that you lie on that moves. It does not hurt. But you may feel sore after. They sometimes use a little hand held machine that thuds on your back. It does not hurt, I promise. also you should expect some lifestyle recommendations. They may teach you some stretches, some diet recommendations, etc. They are very kid friendly. They have videos on all the time for kids to watch, with some toys. Besides the initial appt, my appts have never lasted more than 10-20 minutes. The locations I've been at have had ample parking. Expect to wear a mask (this review is written during pandemic season).

When I had the virtual appointment, it was an under 10 minute conversation that involves nothing medical, basically, just an introduction. I then received a bill two months later for almost $300 for the "office visit". They really need to be telling people that it is going to be coded as an office visit and will go towards your deductible. When I called the billing department, they relay that it would be like this at any doctors office. After calling multiple doctors offices who do not require virtual appointments, I will be seen elsewhere. The officer manager couldn't have cared less. I'll be going somewhere else where they are more compassionate.

Can't believe she would even say that! She is pretty much saying she is lazy and sucks at her job!
