We were going to have our handyman from Atlanta come to do the work, because we had heard that it was really hard to find help to get projects like this done at a reasonable cost. We felt so lucky to have found the talented team at Honey Done! Patti set up both the initial appointment and the work appointments after we gave her a detailed list of what we needed done. A few days later, Dave came and talked to us about the job, and we gave him a detailed list of what needed to be done. About a week later, John and Kevin came to complete the work, and they were extremely polite, professional and hard working. We had mostly existing lighting that we replaced, including a brand new light fixture hung in the hallway, a chandelier hung in the front office, a light fixture hung in the dining room, three large pendant lights hung over the kitchen island, two outdoor lights hung, a Ring doorbell installed, a new kitchen faucet installed, new handle pulls installed in both our master and guest bathroom, sealing and caulking done in the garage. They did an absolutely excellent job on everything. We will recommend Honey Done to all of our neighbors and anybody else who asks. The pricing was extremely reasonable, the people working there were very professional, and the work was done to the highest standard. We are already making a new list with other things we want to do in the house. We highly recommend Honey Done for any home projects you may need done!

Be cautious if The Tree Surgeons are working in your neighborhood. While trimming trees next door…read moreto my elderly parent and disabled brother, they cut down a bush/tree on our property without permission or warning. This tree was intentionally placed in the front yard to block visibility into our home and provided a habitat for multiple hummingbirds. It was completely chopped up and it is going to take years to get it back to the beautiful bush it was. We did not hire this company and did not authorize any work on our property. When I was contacted afterward, the conversation was confrontational, and I was asked for a receipt--despite the fact that we were not their customer. In my opinion, the work done on the neighboring property was also poorly executed. The bushes along the side of the house were cut into awkward tree shapes rather than being maintained as a proper hedge line, which looks unprofessional and unsightly. While I am not a horticulturist, I was raised with strong guidance in this area from my grandfather, who was highly respected in the field. Overall, this experience was upsetting and avoidable, and I would urge others to closely monitor any work being done near their property.

My car was left outside on their lot. When I picked up my car John made that's to me yelling and cussing. I ended up calling the police just to get my car. He made me go to the bank to get cash after using my debit card every time I went there. They over charged me on labor and made other damages under the hood when all they were going to do was a exust repair. They were always trying to find other things wrong to fix. I would never go back to that shop!!! STAY AWAY...

We had a great experience with ProTile & Marble and highly recommend this company…read more We were in the market for about 6 Months to have our shower stall in our master bathroom redone, it was about 20 yrs old and starting to leak, tiles were falling out, and generally just looked gross. We called several bathroom remodelers and got the run around a lot, this one only did plastic surround installs, that one seemed sketchy, etc. we had reluctantly settled on one, but every time we called we had to play phone tag with the coordinator and he wouldn't leave messages with any details just "hi, this is ____, call me back". They were asking for several thousand dollars for the work, but we didn't have a warm fuzzy feeling about the product we were going to get. In frustration, five days before starting work with that company we called Pro Tile just to make sure we were getting a good price. Chris came out the same day, walked through our concerns and heard our vision for the lay out. We told him we had a quote and just wanted to see where we were at. He told us he would draft something up and have it back to us the following day. From our previous experience with the other companies we didn't expect him to come through quickly. We were wrong. Chris came through with a detailed quote in under 12 hours. We were so surprised by his attention to detail we immediately dropped the other company even though Pro Tile came in with a higher quote. When we reviewed the quote to get started there was a misunderstanding on my part (I thought Tile was included in the quote) and Chris made it right on the spot. Demolition of the old shower started the following week, and progressed at a steady rate until we had to wait for the custom glass to come in. There was a lull in work for a couple of weeks as we waited on the glass and total work time took about 5.5 weeks. Though out the process the workers had access to our house, which initially I was hesitant about but as I met the ProTile employees and sub-contractors I realized that Chris does his due diligence in hiring quality employees. Everyone who came to our house was very personable and professional. Chris was in touch with us through out the entire project and updated us daily. If we had any issues or concerns he addressed them within 24 hours. We are very happy with the final product. We cannot recommend Pro Tile & Marble enough. We will definitely go through them in the future to see if they can help us on any project we have.
