Years ago we had used Centurion Stone out of Nashville, so we went back there to purchase the stone. We had a very bad experience and they virtually threw up their hands and dismissed the issue. We are not new comers to the business and we know what quality products are and what customer service SHOULD be. We had purchased the bricks for this home from A. Cassetty in Clarksville and remembered that we had seen cultured stone in their office as well. We ended up purchasing from them and not only did they deliver on time and keep us informed as to delivery date and time, but also when we had some left over that we needed to return, they were efficient, professional, and accommodating. To top it all off, the quality of the stone was far superior to the Centurion Brand. Customer service and quality products will keep us coming back and recommending this great business!

Her assistant was slightly responsive, but on multiple occasions gave us incorrect information; to the point of the inspector coming out to an unfinished house because they didn't bother to confirm themselves before confirming with us. I'm not sure if this is a lack of effort or a lack of support from Kayla. I'd wager lack of support as we only heard from Kayla herself during our 7 month process (my realtor sent weekly requests for update) three times, and those times were to complain about going to the builder directly about progress. (what did she expect when she refused to give us updates??)

I then ordered another fountain in April and it arrived in July, but when they brought it to my house it was the wrong fountain. When I brought this to their attention they argued with me that they ordered the right fountain. I know what I ordered but rather than create problems I paid for the fountain that I didn't order and reordered the fountain that I originally wanted. I placed the order on July 5, 2020. I've checked back with them every month since to see if it has come in. They are always very short with me and tell me they have no idea when the fountain is arriving. It's now November, I still have no fountain. This is poor customer service. I guess I'll never get my fountain.

Of the $40+ we spent at this local business, more than $30 on canned items, most of our money was completely wasted. The reason for 3 stars is because of the friendly service and the delicious vegetables. I hope the owner reads this review and addresses the quality issues with her more expensive items.

When we did our final walk thru they tried to fine…read moreus for many things which I pulled out the inspection sheet from when we first moved in with the same flaws. Upon moving in the house wasn't cleaned and the stove was filthy. They stated the state of TN HAS to hold our deposit for 30 by law just in case they run into any thing else.... well we still got charged for many things that we shouldn't have! Steam cleaning, flaws on wall, damage to floors, deep cleaning and light bulbs. Needless to say the homeowners had plans to replace the floors, paint the walls due to selling their property and we def are not filthy people so cleaning was done thoroughly, there was no major damage at all exception of not replacing all the light bulbs but we still got over $600 in charges were taken out of our deposit. Be aware and write down everything prior to moving in or else more than likely you will be charged. It's a repetitive cycle of bad business ethics. When calling the realty to inquire why my deposit was so low I was told the person I needed to speak with is out of the office so I left a voicemail with no call back ever!
