She takes great care of the cabins and always has great suggestions when you ask her about anything local from food to activities. The property is great for walks and there's some horses and donkeys to check out too. Our dogs always feel at home on the ranch. We love to ride ATV trails and Spur of the Moment has trail access. You ride from your front door to anywhere you like in the area, no trailering. On our last trip we brought a side x side and all the great trails permitted our lager machine. All of the meals we ate out we did by riding our machines to and Ann supplied us with maps so we knew where we were going. The trail system has so many local and long distant places to go to it's good for beginners as well as veterans. Last thing that we've always enjoyed is the other guests. The Ranch is not only good to ATV'ers it's VERY horse friendly. On a busy weekend you can have all types of guests and on every trip we've done it's never mattered what you're into, people are just friendly. It's flat out relaxing.

Owner was extremely unreasonable. Tried to charge Credit card with no authorization, would not recommend as business practices are very questionable. Even after taking one tent down he would not budge- Disappointing as we have been going for the last 5 or 6 years with 2 other campers over memorial day, but fortunately there are alot of other campgrounds that value customers. When asked by previous buyers about issues and documentation they go silent. They are advertising a breeding with their stud Cash. Cash has a documented bad heart and it is a hidden record with OFA. In his case, there is video evidence of the Veterian would did the echocardiogram where he states "DON'T BREED THIS DOG." Ask Pam for the documents and justification, something she has not provided past clients. Unethical and a family of cheats.
