I was a long-time customer, but I eventually chose to stop coming due to ongoing concerns with transparency and the overall environment. Pricing was never consistent, which made it difficult to know what to expect from one appointment to the next. Additionally, the atmosphere did not feel welcoming, and there were moments that left me uncomfortable. For these reasons, I will not be returning. I have since found a new salon that provides exceptional service and professionalism--and after getting my nails done every 3-4 weeks for more than 15 years, that is not a statement I make lightly. read more

I come here a few times a year for mostly pedi's and sometimes mani's and they usually do a pretty good job. My first visit of 2022 I noticed they increased their prices, which were already one of the highest in the area. I suppose for the price, I'd prefer they do an "excellent" job instead of just a "good" one. Walk ins here are your best bet as I've made appointments before and making an appointment seems to mean nothing to them. On days where I've made an appointment I'm never serviced at my appointment time and walk ins have been prioritized above people who had appointments. It really just seems like they serve on a first come first serve basis even if you had an appointment scheduled. They're also really bad at telling people to come back if they're busy. They'll tell customers to wait on end and try to fit as many appointments as possible even if they do not have the staff to do it. I've been seated in a pedicure chair for up to 40 minutes waiting for someone to do my nails when they clearly did not have the staff to support the traffic that was in there. read more

I would recommend this place. This was my first time coming here and I felt very welcomed. The lady doing my nails started a conversation with me. she was super nice and actually listened to what I wanted and my nails turned out so beautiful. I love them. to start off when i got there while i was trying to explain what i wanted she kept walking away... she started to do my nails and they were fine shape wise. She put the design i wanted on one finger on every single finger so i was charged wayyyyy more than i should have been. While i was paying she forced me to give a tip. Very disappointed in my visit to Lee Lee Nails. I generally have a great experience, but this time the gal seemed to be in fast mode. She seemed to take short cuts every where she could. Barely had any foot or leg care as she hurried so fast. Then, my manicure hadn't dried before she took off the flip flops and asked for payment. She barely put lotion on my hands and then told me to wash my hands. I noticed that two of the fingernails had already been smudged when she returned my change. I decided I wasn't even going to ask her to fix it. I don't think she cared. Others who had begun their pedicures and manicures before mine was started were still enjoying theirs. I was rushed out. Wow. Never had this bad of an experience here but I won't be back. Turned down my idea for a VERY simple design, attempted to do chrome, messed it up. Didn't clean it up properly. Her second attempt left the screwed up chrome around my nails so now they look dirty! Terrible attitude too. read more

I just went in as a 2nd choice because my usual nail place was slammed full. I prayed before I went in that I wouldn't get the terrible girl I got the last time I went in. It took over 2 hours last time to do my nails because of her being on the phone, getting up, and overall slowe than the 7 year itch. I went in, got the best one to do my pedi, it was awesome. He then took me to a chair for my nails and said he would be right back. I look up and coming towards me was the one I referenced above. She moves me, starts talking to someone else, pilfers, walks away, and I said, "you know what, I'm going to wait on the fingernails, I have a lot to do. How much for my BASIC pedi?" She looks up at the ceiling and goes, "unmmm $40, No $45". I left and went back to US Nails and got a full set, gel for $40! AND it took her 40 minutes. read more

Worst experience ever. Nail tech (male) took a photo of my feet during my pedi on Snapchat. I saw him do it but didn't know what to do so I waited for the end of the pedi and when he asked why I was t tipping him I told him what he did. He said he didn't and offered to show me his phone. But on Snapchat it was gone. Several people around me became uncomfortable. It was inappropriate and creepy. A women came by who worked there yo assist but said she wasn't the manager. There are cameras everywhere in the salon. I'm still waiting for the manager to call me. I know they this was the first pedi in a year but it was unprofessional and certainly disrespectful. read more

Went there for the first time and they told me over the phone $43 but up charged me $10 to add on cheap massage kit packets and didn't tell me that wasn't a part of the pedicure. The girl did a sub par job for a $40 pedicure. On the manicure she brought a bowl of cold water to dip my nails in and I had to ask her to bring warm water. I paid $53 for a mani/pedi that was worth $30. I paid $60 with tip but I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. read more

I used to go here, but had several gel fills in a row that were subpar. Nails lifted quickly and the general quality of work wasn't great.

On my first visit to the salon, the woman who did my nails was very pleasant and seemed to be putting in so much effort to be precise and do a good job. I didn't even bother to look that closely at my nails until I left because of that. When I looked more closely, however, especially my toes, the polish looked very sloppy. I had previously gone into the mall and got my nails done by the food court. They gave me crooked nails with bubbles in the polish because they rushed. Lee Lee nails was less expensive and asked me many times if I liked my nails. The other place I let know I was not satisfied and they just said "oh". Anyhow, great job! I'd been a customer over a year and in the past I had alright service the last few visits really went downhill. Worst fill I've gotten in Janesville. Paid $40 acrylic gel fill plus $8 on 20% tip. So sloppy the cotton was hanging off, paint is not even and bubbles. My nail tech had ear buds in and had her phone in her lap the entire time having a personal conversation (not in English) It's been a week now I've had two fall off no bump or accident to them and the top of my middle nail chip. So I called right after I got my kids from school and to a sitter they said "come in we fix" told me no walk in and come at 6pm so I waited few hours get there 10 mins to and all seats were full they had me pick a new color while I waited so I thought okay I'll give them a chance as there fixing to make sure no more fall off etc how nice of them. Still waited 40 mins after my appointment time I said if your busy I'd take my money back go elsewhere as I have a sitter and kids waiting I was told no 5 more mins. She filed so hard my fingers were bleeding only fixed the 2 that had fallen off and started painting the first purple I asked again aren't you doing all of them so they match? Nope, so they took paint off went got my old color but only put half the amount of layers so they still don't match after uv light "fix" somehow I now have red marks on top of the mint. Overall out of all 10 nails only one looks alright. Won't be returning :( read more
