I was shocked to see the negative reviews a few people took time to leave so I needed to set the record straight. I've been going to Kelly Nails for Mani/Pedi every 2-3 weeks since moving to the area 2 years ago. The people are polite, skillful and friendly. The prices are very fair. They do an outstanding job! In that entire time I had ONE problem with a manicure that did not last, I called about the issue and received an apology and my nails were redone at no charge. I get an SNS powder dip manicure on my fingernails and it usually looks perfect up until I have the color changed in 3 weeks because my nails have visibly grown. The gel polish pedicures also last until the nails need to be trimmed. I know many people who go here regularly and are all very satisfied. The salon is busy at all hours of the day. I believe that speaks to the quality of their services. read more

Terrible experience. According to the sign they close at 8 pm. I walk in around 7 pm and they are cleaning up like they are getting ready to close. They the proceed to ask what I wanted. I just wanted simple gel nails done. The gentleman rushed through the whole thing. He had to redo several nails while painting them. When he filed them they had sharp pointed corners. At the end the polish had streaks in it and the shape of my nail was awful. I even asked him to correct one and he rushed through that not really even correcting it. He did not seem to care about the quality of his work at all. read more

When I walked into this nail salon, it was nice and bright. It's a family owned salon so you definitely get a warm welcome when you walk in. They have great service and also do an amazing job with your nails! I only get my nails and waxing done there. ABSOUTLY HORRIBLE! I wait over an hour to be seated, my nails took another hour and a half and they were all chipped by morning. The service was very rude, and my nails were not correct. I asked for an almond shape. My pinky nail was completely messed up and filed down all the way to the tip of my finger; when all my other nails are long. I ended up getting square shape and they are so sharp I have cut my face three times when washing face. The tips do not cover my whole nail, my nails look HORRIBLY STUPID! I literally just left this place and I'm furious. This is by far the worst pedicure and manicure I've ever gotten. It is so sloppy, it looks like a 10-year old did it. The guy who did it was in such a rush and the quality is extremely poor. The clear top coat is all over the skin of my nails. I asked him if it would come off, and he took the tool and tried to smooth the hardened top coat off my skin but it didn't work. There is clear nail polish hardened all around the outside of my nails, and the actual nail polish is so messy and sloppy. It seriously looks like a 10-year old tried to paint my nails. I am so furious that I just paid $50 for this absolute mess on my hands and feet. I don't live here and I WILL NEVER EVER get my nails done here again. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR YOUR TIME! I have gone to Kelly Nails for 5+ years. It was a wonderful salon and I enjoyed every visit. I have been there twice since the new owners took over. My nails looked like a 5yr old painted them. They were awful. The new owners were rude when I asked to have my nails fixed. I had an appointment but still had to wait over 30 minutes. I will not go back. read more
