It was both awkward and inappropriate. I expected my lawyer to provide personal attention to my matter. Instead, he gave cookie-cutter-type of answers to my specific questions. Without going into the details, I feel Mr. Chatelain's demeanor was one of boredom and not caring too much to my individual concerns. His manner was also less than professional. I used to wait hours, days and months to get phone calls back or speak to a representative from previous insurance companies in California. I sometimes went without medication and would have to wait to have test and procedures done for months at a time. It will come to the point where my nephrologist would call with me to get something done or help me get what I needed. It was extremely frustrating at times so I want to let you know how amazing your representatives are. This insurance company is wonderful if you're looking around, I would not hesitate.
