Spent about 15 minutes creating an online order - set up an account, selected item, filled out all…read morethe forms, paid. Next day, I get some f-ing email saying the order was cancelled. There was NO EXPLANATION, just order cancelled. I called their customer service line. The woman there said the order was cancelled by their card processor over fraud concern. WTF? I asked for solution. She said I could try placing another order. WHY would I want to spend another 15 minutes doing that, when the result is guaranteed to be identical. I asked her to solve my problem, not tell me why HER system failed. After 10 minutes on hold, she came back and told me, oh, I don't have a way to fix this. Never again will l attempt to do business with these dummies.
