When I visit the place was very pack, I had to wait roughly 30 minutes for a table to be available in the Houston heat. You have to find your table yourself so you have to be on the look out for available seats. If you choose outdoor seating, you have to go order your food at the bar area and they will give you a number and your food will be deliver to your table. Parking: There's a back lot but I've been lucky enough to grab a side street spot each time. It's easy to get to as well, especially from the east end Food/drinks: I've had the sweet potato hash both times. It's delicious and filling! Honestly I considered trying something new this time but it was so good that I needed it again! The plain coffee is fine. Not the best coffee I've had. My friend has had their Chai latte and says it's the best though. They do have oat milk as a non-dairy alternative. The carafe of mimosa is a must have for hanging out on the patio. Seating: There's 2 inside areas with good seating options as well as bar seating inside. We've only sat on the back patio which is huge! There's definitely plenty of space. Came here yesterday morning and it was pretty packed for Sunday brunch. There was a decent amount of seating indoors as well as outdoors on the patio and backyard. The door in the back was left open so there's quite a lot of flies which took away from the experience a little. The place feels homey and cute but the music could have been turned down some because my partner and I pretty much had to shout to hear each other. I really enjoyed myself when a friend and I met here for Saturday brunch. We arrived in the afternoon, so the restaurant and surrounding areas were pretty busy. There's plenty of street parking available, so that wasn't a problem. We both parked down the street and made the short walk to brunch. Walk towards the back of the house and you'll see a beautiful patio and deck with plenty of seating, a DJ booth, and another small, conjoined tiny house looking thing where you can order additional drinks and alcohol. The set up is so cute and it ended up being the perfect way to spend our Saturday afternoon. I'll advise you to find a table (with a number so the kitchen knows where to send food) first. You can't order your food and drinks without it. My friend grabbed a seat and I ordered two red sangrias, a mimosa carafe, the Honey Chicken Biscuit with grits and potatoes and the Leeland Benedict. Everything was delicious! The biscuit came with eggs on it and was so tasty. My friend enjoyed her Benedict as well. The sangrias were pretty good and the mimosa carafes are reasonably priced and contains an entire bottle of champagne, so count me in every time! I wanted to give this a 3 star but my qualifiers led me to a 4. We went for brunch. First off, sounds like a daggum night club in this place, music too loud. The logistics of placing your order was very weird. Plus, you had to pay before you even got your food. Not a fan of that. I got the Texan pizza and the wife got eggs Benedict (I think). I was surprised on how fast the food came out. I had the honey chicken biscuit and thought it was good. I should of asked for some more honey on the side though. The drinks were good. HONEY CHICKEN BISCUIT- crispy chicken breast, scrambled eggs*, smoked gouda pimento cheese, buttermilk biscuit, honey butter syrup, side of crispy potatoes (biscuit was flaky but fell apart, good size chicken - nice and crispy, potatoes were crispy on the outside and tender inside).
