I confirmed with Costco that each location can charge whatever they want and there is no uniform Costco gas price, pre tax that is, as we know tax is highly variable by county. It's hard to take pics of a reflective surface, but you can see things that should not be on a car after it is washed (and never are - in 100s of car washes). If you want a car wash on Dundee, then drive to Skokie blvd and go to Mobil where your car will actually be cleaned - not covered in fresh stains.
