Was originally looking for Y'es Buffet, but found Lee's in its place. Turns out it's new management and a new restaurant. Seems very clean and professional! I am not usually one to do Chinese buffets east of Vancouver, but this looked good from the outside and I was very pleased once I got inside and sat down. There is a sizeable buffet here and a lot of nice choices to chose from. One I almost never see in a buffet is coconut shrimp YUM! Also, all in all found 4 different shrimp dishes the night I was here. Not to be outdone on that, they have the best buffet sushi I have ever had. I wouldn't rave and say it's on par with a high end sushi place but all things considered this was really good for buffet sushi and the selection is amazing... even some sashimi! They should rename the place Tooh Soun Fatt because if you sit down and try everything you are going to have to be rolled out the door. If you are a Chinese food buffet fan you should be checking this place out. read more

So we ordered fr here tonight...you know...doing it right & supporting our local businesses during COVID-19. We placed an order for Delivery at 4:45 they said it would be an hour...well...it's 6:20 & our food still hasn't arrived. I even phoned just before 6 to ask where our order was they said it was on its way. We live up the hill not even 5 minutes away. WTH! read more

Hubby and myself have gone a few times. Each time it is getting worse. We will never go again!! Over priced!! Dirty and grimy tables and chairs. Also the walls along the tables. 80% of the lights are burnt out Selection is mediocre at best. It all looks the same for the most part. The wonton soup is bland and never refreshed so nothing but broth in the pot. The deserts are stale and rock hard. I noticed some mold on the jello cubes!! That was the final straw!! I went to Lee's Buffet with my significant other and her friend today for lunch. This was around one o'clock in the afternoon. I was greatly disappointed with the quality of food as it was lackluster and not fresh; albeit there was a lot of variety. The service was not the greatest as dishes were not taken from the table right away even though it was not busy. Although, the people working were professional and friendly, making the experience much more tolerable. A suggestion for improvement for the slower times like at the end of lunch and mid afternoon would be to either have a menu system set up where food could be ordered fresh, or have a timer based system in place especially for the sushi to be wasted after a certain amount of time has passed. read more

They don care about clients at all and the food is always reheat and make me sick, employees sometimes are nice but the manager is rude and has not polite or educated at all, is the only restaurant I am aware who do not follow the protocols. read more

Food was not good! Buffet for one and a coke was $27.00 holy crap and they wanted a tip on top of that!!

This was absolutely Disgusting. Everything was cold and coated with oil. Couldn't even enjoy the cooked vegetables. 2 adults 2 children $67. Only thing some whAt enjoyable was the hard ice cream .....and the cones were stale. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! read more
