My first time ordering from here, we got the Chinese sausage and bacon stone pot rice, stir fried rice noodles with XO sauce, and braised pork feet rice rolls. All were delicious but my favorite was the stone pot rice. Second time I ordered here, I got garlic chicken wings and fries. Loved it! The wings and fries tasted so fresh. Honestly I don't even know why I even bother ordering Uber Eats from Lee's Kitchen (Factoria location) anymore. They've messed up my orders about 3 times now. First time, they didn't secure the lid to the bowl of congee and it arrived all over the poor uber driver's car and in the delivery bag. Second time, they served us burnt congee that reeked of chemicals and had little burnt bits in it. Then this time, the congee is absolutely tasteless and they gave us the wrong soy sauce for the shrimp rice rolls. Shrimp rice rolls usually come with a sweet soy sauce, but they always pack you a whole sauce container of regular soy sauce that you won't realize until you pour it over the rice rolls. Sure they might be more reliable if you're dining there; but please don't even bother ordering take out or delivery. It's funny because every time i order congee, it's because I'm so severely hungover and sick and am so desperate for some comfort food. And every time without fail, they make the situation worst some how lol. Also every time we do call in to complain it always sounds like a teen kid that's working and is not helpful at all. Honestly super disappointed this time around. Not only did the wait person not speak English, he didn't even speak Cantonese which normally isn't a problem on the Chinese side but even English? They sat me down and I self ordered, noticed that there were 3 tables ahead of me that had not gotten their food yet either. Authentic Chinese food here. Don't expect just Kung Pao and General Tao's chicken. That may be a plus for some, or a negative for others. Also, don't expect a lot of English to be spoken here. I was really excited for this place as they have the clay pot rice dish. I was prepared to wait as others have mentioned it can take 30-45 minutes for the dish. We came right when they open and there was already a few people there. We immediately placed the order for the clay pot and then took our time deciding on our other dishes. We ended up getting the beef shrimp rice rolls and the popcorn chicken. We originally wanted chicken wings but they didn't have any. The place is mostly self service. You place the order on the QR code. You can grab your own utensils and bowls at one of their stations. They also have a little side bar of pickled veggies, jalapenos, peanuts and crispy wonton. We did not end up liking at all and found a lot of the food to be pretty bland or lacking in flavor and will not be coming back. We tried 3 different rice rolls and some other dishes but overall was not a good experience. They do have a wide variety of options though like ramen among other chinese dishes. Staff: nice (4/5) Sanitation status: 4/5 Beef Noodle Soup (1/5) The soup had no flavor, the beef was at least tender but there wasn't a whole lot of it. The noodles were a good consistency but I couldn't get over the soup tasting like hot water. Specialty Braised Pork Hock (3/5) The pork hock was the dish with the most flavor out of what we got. The flavoring was definitely soy sauce but it was hard to distinguish what other flavors there were. It was at least pretty tender and fall apart. Upon the time of this review, I have tried two different Lee's Kitchen locations - one in Redmond, and this one here in Factoria. There are lots of Szechuan Chinese restaurants opening on Eastside, so Cantonese restaurants are welcome surprises! I have been to this Lee's Kitchen twice, once on a Wednesday and once on a Friday, and both times had no wait time for seating. The restaurant itself is located in a shopping plaza, so finding parking is straightforward. As another review has mentioned, the interior started out quite small and grew to include a hallway on the left side of the restaurant that has a walkway with more tables. Service is done through the QR code menu on the tables, and there are appetizers/condiments/utensils at the front of the restaurant on the right hand side. On onto the food - I think the food here is really solid! You get a good amount of food per order and it tastes delicious! I'll review a couple of items below: Lo mein: I've got the Lo mein twice here, one beef brisket and one with pork ($16 - $18). The egg noodles were perfect in my opinion - very chewy and just soaks up the sauce in the bowl nicely, and they probably give you about 1.5/2 handfuls of noodles so you will get comfortably full. The meat is tender and hearty - parts of the brisket are a good type of chewy and the pork was decadent since they give you generous thick slices of it. Rice Rolls ($8 - $11): I have tried the rice rolls three times (!) here at Lee's Kitchen because I think they do it amazingly. The rice roll itself is paper thin and is extremely pleasant to eat. It starts off chewy but then just slowly disintegrates as you continue to eat it, and it mixes really nicely with the fillings, which can range from shrimp, pork, and beef. I haven't had a dim sum place yet do rice rolls this nicely. Pork Nanning Noodle ($15): I think this is the definition of a hearty homestyle Chinese dish. Generous amounts of food here and very warming to your body - would be absolutely amazing on a cold day! This dish will definitely fill up the vast majority of people if they were to enjoy it solo. Delicious black bean flavor paired with some pickled veg that gives the broth a subtle sauerkrauts-esque sourness that wakes up your taste buds. Makes me wanna visit Nanning one day to try it! In Factoria, there aren't too many interesting places to eat at, and I am glad that Lee's Kitchen opened up a location here. I think price, quantity, and quality-wise, Lee's Kitchen is pretty competitive given the restaurant scene nearby. I would totally revisit Lee's Kitchen at this location to try their other options! read more

The beef was of ground beef texture and not like that at dim sum. Disappointing. Pork, shrimp, beef rice roll- the shrimps were a bit small but was the best protein. The pork is grounded also and you almost couldn't tell the difference between the pork and beef. Kinda yuck. Clay pot. The rice pot had the coveted crispy rice where the rice met the flaming clay pot. The pork ribs were dry and I wished it had a bit more salty fish. There were a few pieces of smoked bacon also. I felt like they decreased rib quantity for a few slices of bacon. Would I come back? Maybe in a year or so when I have forgotten how mediocre it was. Came for a Friday dinner with friends. Not too busy. I ordered the fish fillet congee and deep fried dough stick, along with the beef/pork/shrimp rice roll. Everything came out hot and delicious. - Congee was savory and went well with the crispy dough stick. They provided free salted peanuts and crispy things (idk the name) to add to the congee. - The rice roll had lots of meat and the wrapping had the perfect texture; so many delicate folds that held all the sauce. We got the shrimp, pork, beef rice roll (three in one) and that was pretty good. It wasn't eye opening but still good. The length and portion was decent. The shoyu ramen with cha siu pork was good. A lil saltier than expected. The tonkatsu ramen with beef was good too. It was a bit different than a typical ramen you would get at other places but if you get a ramen, you get a free drink to go with it! The noodles in the ramen was a lot! It was filling so I was definitely full and had left overs too. The amount of noodles is surprisingly a lot (I love that.) Unexpected find/discovery in Factoria area. They have a lot of items on their menu which was already not good sign. Location is convenient and spacious. Service was fast and friendly. You order what you want from your phone. I ordered the eel stone pot, beef&pork&shrimp rice roll, and chicken broccoli. The stone pot was pretty disappointing. It lack flavor and the crispy rice was very oily. They would have been better off doing claypot instead of stone pot. The rice roll was ok. Think noodles but I did end up with a bit that had hard think dried noodles so consistency and quality was lacking. The chicken broccoli was tasty but also on the salty side so definitely need to eat it with rice to balance/cover the saltiness of it.
