We stopped by for lunch. In a strip mall full of good pleothora of choices. They have good rice stone pot, rice noodles, and congee. We ordered two rice stone pot and rice noodles. Very flavorful for the rice noodles. And quite a good size plate to share. The rice stone pot was very delicious. You can add more condiments to it for your likings. It came out hot in temperature to the table. Service was quick. You ordered by the QR Code. You pay with the QR code. It's a small restaurant. There was take outs and you can sit inside. The food was something that was comforting for a rainy kind of days. Feels like a home cooked meal from a restaurant.

3 stars - this may be our go to Cantonese comfort food!!! Food- it's good! Love they also have the rice noodles which you rarely see as a dish (unless you're in vancouver). The rice noodle is a little thin but still so good. Flavor of all the food was good except not getting hot sour soup again (too spicy for me). - they also offer light appetizer (salted peanuts) I gather complimentary that I declined. Ambiance- cute and homey. Service- husband ordered and paid everything online. The lady that helped us was really nice when present. Limited English. She wasn't present when we needed her so we self served things we needed at the bus station. Value- fair, not expensive. Parking- there is a parking lot. Recommend- YES

Authentic Chinese food here. Don't expect just Kung Pao and General Tao's chicken. That may be a plus for some, or a negative for others. Also, don't expect a lot of English to be spoken here. Ordering is mostly done by QR code or tablets. The staff is not rude but don't expect to be doing a lot of chatting with them. The food is good but some of the dishes are a little too authentic for me. My experience is that it can take some time to get your order as other reviews have noted. My recommendation is to get takeout or delivery from Lee's,, especially if you don't speak Mandarin or Cantonese, with the expectation that it will take a while for your order to be ready for pickup or delivery. The interior seems a little "sterile ", but it is a big improvement since new ownership a few years ago,

I was really excited for this place as they have the clay pot rice dish. I was prepared to wait as others have mentioned it can take 30-45 minutes for the dish. We came right when they open and there was already a few people there. We immediately placed the order for the clay pot and then took our time deciding on our other dishes. We ended up getting the beef shrimp rice rolls and the popcorn chicken. We originally wanted chicken wings but they didn't have any. The place is mostly self service. You place the order on the QR code. You can grab your own utensils and bowls at one of their stations. They also have a little side bar of pickled veggies, jalapenos, peanuts and crispy wonton. You even pay through the QR code. It definitely got busy as people started to come in but it wasn't super hectic or loud. Rice rolls 5/5 - really really good. Thin rice rolls, good proteins. Popcorn chicken 3.5/5 -- decent, had a good flavor and texture but I wouldn't call it popcorn chicken Clay pot rice --1/5 -- considering how long we waited for this dish, I was definitely disappointed. It definitely took around 30 minutes for this dish to come out. The picture doesn't show it but it was 3/4 rice and 1/4 protein and veggies. The other dowside was the rice was very bland. The marinated meat and veggies didn't get absorbed into the rice so I had to use soy sauce to get some flavor. The rice does have the burned texture though but that was all. Overall, I would come back for the rice roll, but nothing else.

Lee's Kitchen is located in Factoria. My family and I were looking to try a new spot in the area since it's close to home. We did not end up liking at all and found a lot of the food to be pretty bland or lacking in flavor and will not be coming back. We tried 3 different rice rolls and some other dishes but overall was not a good experience. They do have a wide variety of options though like ramen among other chinese dishes. Staff: nice (4/5) Sanitation status: 4/5 Beef Noodle Soup (1/5) The soup had no flavor, the beef was at least tender but there wasn't a whole lot of it. The noodles were a good consistency but I couldn't get over the soup tasting like hot water. Specialty Braised Pork Hock (3/5) The pork hock was the dish with the most flavor out of what we got. The flavoring was definitely soy sauce but it was hard to distinguish what other flavors there were. It was at least pretty tender and fall apart. Rice Rolls with Beef Brisket (2/5) The rice rolls when I ate it with my family was pretty inedible. The consistency was off and kind of chewy. The Beef Brisket that it came with was pretty good which was the dish's redeeming factor but the sauce that accompanied the noodles did not have enough flavor.

Good place to get Chinese American food and authentic Chinese food. The food was okay, wish there was more meat. I'd come back and get something else though.

Upon the time of this review, I have tried two different Lee's Kitchen locations - one in Redmond, and this one here in Factoria. There are lots of Szechuan Chinese restaurants opening on Eastside, so Cantonese restaurants are welcome surprises! I have been to this Lee's Kitchen twice, once on a Wednesday and once on a Friday, and both times had no wait time for seating. The restaurant itself is located in a shopping plaza, so finding parking is straightforward. As another review has mentioned, the interior started out quite small and grew to include a hallway on the left side of the restaurant that has a walkway with more tables. Service is done through the QR code menu on the tables, and there are appetizers/condiments/utensils at the front of the restaurant on the right hand side. On onto the food - I think the food here is really solid! You get a good amount of food per order and it tastes delicious! I'll review a couple of items below: Lo mein: I've got the Lo mein twice here, one beef brisket and one with pork ($16 - $18). The egg noodles were perfect in my opinion - very chewy and just soaks up the sauce in the bowl nicely, and they probably give you about 1.5/2 handfuls of noodles so you will get comfortably full. The meat is tender and hearty - parts of the brisket are a good type of chewy and the pork was decadent since they give you generous thick slices of it. Rice Rolls ($8 - $11): I have tried the rice rolls three times (!) here at Lee's Kitchen because I think they do it amazingly. The rice roll itself is paper thin and is extremely pleasant to eat. It starts off chewy but then just slowly disintegrates as you continue to eat it, and it mixes really nicely with the fillings, which can range from shrimp, pork, and beef. I haven't had a dim sum place yet do rice rolls this nicely. Pork Nanning Noodle ($15): I think this is the definition of a hearty homestyle Chinese dish. Generous amounts of food here and very warming to your body - would be absolutely amazing on a cold day! This dish will definitely fill up the vast majority of people if they were to enjoy it solo. Delicious black bean flavor paired with some pickled veg that gives the broth a subtle sauerkrauts-esque sourness that wakes up your taste buds. Makes me wanna visit Nanning one day to try it! In Factoria, there aren't too many interesting places to eat at, and I am glad that Lee's Kitchen opened up a location here. I think price, quantity, and quality-wise, Lee's Kitchen is pretty competitive given the restaurant scene nearby. I would totally revisit Lee's Kitchen at this location to try their other options!

This is a mom and pop shop! A little understaffed, but good food. The food took a little long to all get to the table, so some people were done eating by the time the final food arrived. The inside is clean and a lot of the experience is self-serve. I think that's expected for a mom and pop shop, but still ends up as a 3 star experience. It hits the spot when craving homey Chinese food though!! If I were closer, I would get takeout here every once in a while. The sampan congee was good!

Incredible menu selections to choose for everyone, friendly service. Really like the menu ordering workflow that you can order directly from your phone,

First time visiting this location. It was quite crowded during lunch, but there was no wait time. The staff were friendly, though clearly busy cooking. Prices are reasonable and the location is convenient. A great spot for a quick lunch or casual meal in the neighborhood.

I really liked the filling in the football, which contained ground pork and mushrooms, not so much the flour for the outer layer. I also liked the tripe, pea tips, and chicken feet. They were delectable. Other than that, it seemed a bit plain. I didn't really like the chili oil they used, it was more like a sambal. I'm glad we ended with the mango pudding for dessert. The mold for it was so cute. Hopefully next time I come here they change up the chili used.

My mom and I went in right at opening time in a weekday and were both pleasant surprised by the quality of the dishes. My favorite dish (chewing fun/shrimp rice noodle roll) was very fresh. I also loved the duck and the baked goods including pineapple bun (I usually don't like the custard once but this one was not as gooey as it usually is) and bbq bun - the bread was sooooooo soft. The fact it was already so busy at opening time on a weekday really says a lot! I'm sure it's pretty crazy during the weekends... My small nitpick would be the service and ordering. You order through your phone using a QR code but the reception was really bad for me and they don't have WiFi for guests. We were able to put in an order with a waiter but that took a while.
