I went to Lee Nails on 10/22 and was seen right away, which was great. Linda was a very nice nail tech. Unfortunately, what I asked her to do was apparently beyond her skill set. After the first attempt she was good natured and tried again but the nails looked worse the second time around (which I never would Hebe expected). The nail techs said it was because my nails were too short. But I think that it was just hard forMiss Linda to make the diagonal look for some reason. Another thing I was disappointed with was that I told her the base color was wrong but she insisted this was the right "nude". Honestly, I felt like my nails looked like they were Halloween themed. If you are going to get your nails done here I suggest you get one color and don't ask for anything that may be outside Linda's skill set. I was charged 70 dollars for a refill when I called they told me 35 for a refill. They told me because my nails were too long. When I broke one nail they charged me 7 dollars to fix one nail. I do not personally understand why I was charged 70 when I already had nails on. Of course I paid it but I will personally never come back. I came to visit my first and went there to get a pedicure and the lady kept asking me to pick a color which I told her will be black and asked me to go get it and one of the bottles was open and dropped on my feet and little pieces of glass got on my legs and instead of asking me if I was okay !!! They got upset that there floor was ruin instead of cleaning me first she was cleaning the floor leaving me with glasses on my legs. I had never come to this place even thought it is extremely close to my house but I decided to give it a try since I wanted to get my nails done before I left for my trip. I didn't have the best experience the guy that did my toes was extremely rough, he cut so much extra skin that I ended up bleeding multiple times. He didn't cut my nails properly how I asked. The lady that did my nails did an okay job in some of the nails you can see that she didn't add the proper amount of paint to it or there were some spots missing. Oh my gosh... I've never had a gel mani take that long... And I can't even call it a manicure because all that really happened was a polish change. With that said, bring your patience because you will be there for a while. The younger guy literally polished 1-2 nails at a time, sticking me under the UV light to then switch hands so that he could polish another 1-2 nails... At some point throughout the 20-25 minute process I put my head back on the headrest and rolled my eyes. I could not take it. Lol. Oh, and they're expensive... At least for a polish change... $25?! I was in need so I chucked up the money without a fuss. Outside of that, I love the end result. If I could give this place 0 stars I would, I usually come and do my eyebrows or my mustache which is what I did last Saturday and tell me how I go in and she tells me to go to the back where she waxes and there was someone sleeping in the bed that's there... now I would've expected for the lady to go and tell him to leave... but NOPE! she waxed my brows and mustache with him in there... so unprofessional. Now, Today I decided to go back and get my nails done and like it was a bit late so i had no other choice to come to this place, so I go in there's 2 guys and I said "hi for acrylics and pedicure" and he said " yea sure" and i asked "how much" and he said "for GEL HANDS 30 and for feet 40 " so i said "i'll do regular feet and gel hands" so whatever he does my feet , and he starts doing my nails and i told him "coffin shape" so he said that's $5 extra which is fine mostly places does this as well, so this lady who's always who also happens to wax my eyebrows most of the time she asked me if i was paying card and i told her "yes" so she goes and starts saying it's $65!!! so i said why is that? and she said bc i'm doing gel acrylics and feet and i told her that the guy doing my nails told me it was 30 NOW... THIS GUY SAYS HE NEVER SAID THAT AND ALSO SHE STARTS TELLING ME HE NEVER SAID THAT WHEN SHE WASNT EVEN THERE... HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. This place is horrendous. I came in as a last resort due to my nail lady being out of town. I walk in and there's only one guy sitting down giving a pedicure and he tells me to take a seat before I even tell him what it is I need. I ask him if he's the only one there (because if so, I'd go somewhere else) but he says no and just insists that I take a seat. So I take a seat and guess what? 14 minutes go by and there's still no sign of anyone else working but by this time he's done with the other client and tells me to sit at his desk. I came in to take off my acrylics. This man pulls out regular nail clippers and proceeds to cut them all down extremely short and starts trying to take them off with the clippers and when I ask him if he can file them down with the acrylic tool OR soak them so that the real nail isn't so damaged he just shakes his head and says "we don't do that here" .... so I just walked out angry as hell. Never cheat on your nail lady and try not to ever come here. read more

Worst place ever! I stopped because my regular nail technician was completely booked for the weekend and I was in need of a refill and pedicure. The "pedicure" did not last more then 10 minutes! It seemed more like a wet my feet and polish situation. To top it off while getting the "pedicure" a unfriendly women came over and started refilling my nails while the other lady worked on my feet. I went here to change the color on my nails and the little girl who did my nails act as if I was begging her for service. She missed a spot so I told her and she was like, YES I know. I decide to try them out because they were so close to home, they had only three people working there, after waiting for someone for 30 mins they did my pedicure really fast no massage and the edges are sloppy, my refill of acrylics were done 1/2 ass. She would not refl it up the the cuticle so they still look like I need a refill and my nails are bumping. Filing job really bad. 1 day later and my nail polish chipped. That never happens. It took two and half hours to get a mani-pedi. I was the second customer in the store. My gel nail polish started chipping two days later. No one asked if I wanted my nails to be cut. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. Very rude and unprofessional. VERY Poor customer service. I was at the shop for an hour and a half and the technician who did my pedicure and manicure (a guy), did not speak to me at all. He pointed to whatever he wanted me to do and pulled on my feet or hands as he worked. When he finished my pedicure, he walked over to his chair for my manicure and said nothing to me. I assumed he didn't speak English but after my manicure he told me to wash my hands with no soap. There are other issues I would like to include but too much to type, dealing with cleanliness and their lack of informing customers about additional charges. My daughter had eye brows done there. Terrible experience, the lady was on the cell phone, she did the wax while my daughter was siting straight, she did not put anything on before or after the wax.
