Staff was very helpful in locating a wagon when I picked up too many plants to carry and answered questions about where to check out and identified plants for us throughout our visit. We spent about an hour browsing the various greenhouses aisle by aisle, and quickly realized they have many different sizes and price points for just about everything. I loved the indoor space too and got lots of ideas for yard decor as well as some new indoor plants. My favorite find is pictured here, some variety of hydrangea I think they said. It's a striking combination of fuchsia pink blooms with dark foliage and looks nothing like what I would expect from a hydrangea. We talked about care tips and how to plant it. I hope it stays this color! I doubt my husband will allow me to go back every week, as this would quickly get expensive. I did not stop picking up plants until the wagon was overloaded and I had gone back to a full armload. We'll return several times throughout the growing season though, as I am not seeing so many different varieties in any of the other plant shops or stores in the area.

I conversed with this business on the phone verbally and through a number of texts. I dug my hole for the large Pindo I was purchasing, not easy digging a hole over two feet deep and and 55" in diameter that is riddled with many roots(large and small) in over 90 degree weather. I was prepared and ready and Chilly Palm ghosted me and wouldn't even answer the phone and then only would communicate via text a day before he supposed to get the tree. All I got was all types of excuses for not to bringing me a tree. I'm like if you didn't want to the job then fine I would find someone else or at least he could have called or texted me the next day or so to back out of the deal before I started digging and tearing up my yard but no he was going to just let me hang. If I didn't give him a follow up call before the big day I would have been waiting and not knowing, of course he wouldn't answer the phone and would only respond by text, this is how sketchy people act. Very unprofessional behavior and I suspect the owner of this business to respond to this negative feedback with untruths. First I don't have comprehension issues. Odd that they wanted business they had a packed house . Carolina was empty less the kids on theirs phones sitting around. AB Poe actually listened with knowlable ears and a respectful attitude .
