Before the procedure, Paul and I also had a discussion about a possible full-arch restoration, so there was an opportunity to discuss any additional treatment. A bone graft was never mentioned. Then, while I was already anesthetized and in the chair, Paul came in and told me that **Dr. Nejat was recommending a bone graft at the last minute**. I was presented with a bill for $1,835. I pushed back, and the office ultimately reduced the total to $1,000. I had already paid $917.50. As a cash-paying customer, I left feeling like I had been taken advantage of by the way the additional treatment and cost were presented to me. If an additional procedure is going to substantially change the price, I expect to know about it before I'm anesthetized and sitting in the chair. I never returned.
