Unusually, ranged outside the shop on a series of trestle tables are a range of diverse items (from loo-roll to bags of peanuts) all at knock-down prices. The displays change daily and there are usually various people milling about seeing what the bargains of the day are - giving it the feel of a car-boot sale. The shop itself is more of a traditional grocers shop, with tinned and fresh food, fruit and veg etc but it's tiny inside and it's amazing how much stock they manage to pack in. Prices are excellent value and Nobby's is a bit of a local institution - long may it thrive!

Although it is quite a small store it stocks all the essentials and has a decent size carpark but it can often be crowded and had to find a space, especially in the summer. During the winter there is very rarely a queue however during the summer months there are often queues and they can quite often run out of products. The store is located very close to the town centre so it is in a very handy location. Good for a top-up shop but I would find it hard to do my full weekly / monthly shop here.

Yes, some of the brands confused me but there was plenty in there and the day I went the fruit and veg was good. Good sized car park too. Situated on the edge of town.
