I drove a friend up their Tuesday for services based on the good reviews. I hate I did. Their…read moreunprofessional agent Larry hit my car with his truck door. I said ,"Hey you hit my door." He quickly looked back and stated, "I bumped it," and walked into the business. I yelled it again but you can hear crickets. A bump would not leave a dent. Your truck door made contact regardless. You did not ask was everything okay. No checking it out with me. No apology. Disregarded the seriousness in this. Thanks to Larry dismissing me, my Mercedes has a dent in it. He was not concerned. Isn't that what you do. He of all people should know the importance of wanting to protect your property. I work hard for that car. I was hoping to find a good insurance company. Is this the way you treat potential customers. This shows lack of professionalism and not taking accountability. He also said that he would not entertain craziness. Making assumptions due to my race. Very rude sir. He was the one at fault. Such lack of respect. I don't think i can recommend.
