The differential oils are black as well. The air SERVICE AIR BAG light came on a week after I left lot and has not gone off since. The guy at the lube place told me that all of these problems should have been dealt with but after looking at the check list, we both knew that this has NOT been done and to have it done now I am sure, is not something that Adams is willing to do. We spent 17,500.00 and there in a little over six months and were planning on buying a couple of more vehicles from them, but I am very disappointed now. I do not see the point in calling when the attitude after the cash exchanged hands left me with a "you are on your own" feeling.

Within just a few weeks of taking possession, the vehicle was seized by the Royal Canadian Mounted Police after it was determined to have been reported stolen. I purchased the truck in good faith, trusting that a licensed dealership had verified the vehicle's legal title. Instead, I was left without the truck and without the money I paid. Under the Sale of Goods Act (Alberta), a seller must have the legal right to sell goods, and stolen property cannot transfer valid title to a buyer. For the past 10 months, I have attempted to resolve this matter and filed a formal complaint with AMVIC, but the issue remains unresolved. This situation has caused significant financial loss and ongoing mental distress. I hope Summit Ram Ponoka addresses this matter transparently and provides a resolution. I am sharing my experience so other buyers can make informed decisions.
