Out of the tattoo shops I visited, Tray and Jill were by far the most friendly and professional people I spoke with. They made me feel so very welcomed into their shop and had absolutely no trouble showing me around immediately. The place was very clean. They really were very devoted to giving me the absolute best tattoo that I would love and that they could be proud of having given. They spent their time talking to me and really getting to know what I wanted, including spending a lot of their personal time going through photos of what I wanted and sketching out various ideas. They succeeded in providing the perfect tattoo! I'm in love with my tattoo! It says everything I wanted it to say and it's gorgeous! Changed the price per hour after agreement had been made changed his site information to reflect the dishonest response.. Does not answer his phone if you have ever tried calling his shop. He picks and chooses what he thinks is suitable for his pleasing. Attempted to contact many many times via facebook, shop phone and email. After being flexible and rescheduling when he needed, he fails do do the same courtesy for his clients that pay his bills.Very childish behavior and unprofessional. Middle of July and he's wearing long sleeves sweating so much he is dripping on me. Absolutely repulsive, Has to be a health hazard. DO NOT get work from this guy. Go to a professional. Luckily, I did not develop an infection. Initially, I was happy after seeing Kristen's FB ad for $250 eyebrow microblading special. My return appointment to touch up my eyebrows was like a bad dream. When I arrived at 1pm , Kristen ( my "artist") was drinking protein shakes, and told me she was famished because this was all she had eaten that day.. I told her that if she felt sick or shaky, I would wait while she ate. Instead. She pulled out her phone and started googling lunch places and ordering food. When she was finished with that Iand stopped midpoint in my procedure to get her delivered food order, I did not trust her to do the eyeliner I had come in for a consult. She got angry and said then she came to work for nothing! Then she told me I owed her 50 more dollars. I had screenshot of her FB prices where there was NO 50 touch-up fees. Later, I saw she changed her FB page to add the $50 fee, and her editing timeline meant she changed it right after I left the shop! Since she is on the phone 90% of the time, I didnt realize what she had done. Afterwards, I sent a screenshot to the owner showing that she edited her post while I was at the shop and that it amounted to fraud! The owner told me she was blocking my number as I can't complain about her shop or anyone working there. I included a photo of her edited Facebook page where she added the upcharge!
