We first met Angela in 2022 while we were still living in VA. After our older son accepted a job in Charlotte, I contacted Julie at Carolina Buyers' Agent for help finding him a home in the area. Angela collaborated with us remotely and was wonderful from the start. She researched subdivisions across NC and SC, followed up with the builder's agent once we narrowed our search, and helped us connect with a mortgage lender and schedule the home inspection. As out-of-towners who could not visit every location ourselves, we especially appreciated Angela's friendly, helpful approach and the care she took to guide us through the process. In late 2024, my husband and I decided to purchase a lot in York County, SC, and build a home. We knew Angela was the right person to represent us, and she immediately stepped in with enthusiasm and expertise. She researched builders, arranged model-home tours, and connected us with trusted resources for surveying, forest management, septic installation, and other key needs. The construction process lasted about a year, and we closed in April 2026. Along the way, we faced the expected challenges, including weather and permitting delays related to our lot's rural location. Throughout it all, Angela stayed in close communication with us and the builder, kept detailed notes from meetings, and followed up persistently--but always graciously--to get answers. Several builder representatives even complimented her advocacy on our behalf. She was also a supportive listener whenever we faced frustrations during the build.
